"Condo was very comfortable and spacious. We were (knowingly, I assume) a unit on the fourth floor with a non-working elevator. This was quite strenuous for a couple nearly 70 years old. Also, apparently, Expedia reservation did not appear on the property's records, so a new registration had to be completed which took over 4 hours. The staff was helpful but the check-in process and moving in and out was uncomfortable, at best."
