It was an easy walk to Main Street and Bistro Roca, where we had dinner. The Cottage was tidy and cozy although we had trouble finding the thermometer the first night, but host answer the call on the first ring. It has plenty of light. Although the bathroom is small it has everything you need. The bedrooms are very pleasant, with comfortable mattresses, adequate lighting, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook light meals. The living area has a buttery leather couch which is comfortable but we would have liked to have more comfortable armchairs, especially since we spent much time inside the cottage due to the rainy weather. We had a problem with opening the entrance door the first evening. We got in touch with the evening manager Karen who helped us find another way of getting in, came first thing in the morning, and sent someone to fix the problem. No problem after that. On sight, parking was appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by one day because Hurricane Helene was approaching. We would not hesitate to rent the cottage again. ##### Paulette T.
