This centrally located property is a cozy 2 bed, 1 1/2 bath duplex near Downtown Bloomington and just off the Constitution Trail. It's a 3 minute walk to Coffee Hound and Green Top Grocery, a 10 minute walk to the Castle Theater, and a short 5 minute drive to ISU, IWU, Downtown Bloomington, State Farm, Country Financial, and Growmark. Book Now! This 2 bed 1 1/2 bath duplex has everything you'll need and is situated between all major Bloomington-Normal locations. Located near Downtown Bloomington, next to Bloomington's historic district and just off the Constitution Trail.
