We spent most of the day hanging out in the backyard and around the fire pit at night. Our dogs had a blast with so much area to explore. The next day the power came on and we enjoyed the surrounding area boating and exploring Nashville. Overall our Host was very helpful despite the power issue and he really took good care of us. I would definitely give this location my highest recommendation. As a bonus this house has the best air conditioning I've ever experienced, hands down. ##### Wade S. Spotlessly clean and lots of room to eat and spread out and visit. Not a criticism but a suggestion to put slip mats in the bathtub. Also, unless I read it wrong, the advertisement said it had two bathrooms and there was only one and a half. That was not a problem for us since there were only three of us staying there but it could have been an issue if there had been six as it was rated for. The neighborhood was definitely safe. I accidentally left the car wide open (door and hatch) with the keys in it overnight and nothing was bothered. We had eqsy access to the town of Nashville and also Bloomington. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were all clean and well appointed with conveniences such as bedside lights that simply tap on and off, a working icemaker and water dispenser in the fridge door, and coffee pot. My dog so enjoyed the large fenced in back yard. Although pet friendly, yhe house does not smell of any dog odors. I definitely recommend this home for a bit of privacy combined with easy access to Nashville, Brown County State Park and much more, all just a few miles down the road. ##### Jessica M. We have a son that will be playing for IU football in the fall and this rental is great for family/friends. Clean, easy check in and extremely responsive owner. We rented Joes home because of the proximity to the wedding venue our daughter was getting married at(The Wilds Wedding and Event). Very close probity and perfect amount of space inside the home. The backyard was very peaceful and the hot tub was nice after a stressful day of wedding activities leading up to the big day. Joe was amazing with communication and very friendly! I highly recommend the home for not only proximity to The Wilds but also for the proximity to visiting Bloomington and all it has to offer, and the convenience of going into Nashville. ##### Joe D. The outdoor area allowed us to sit outside and enjoy a nice relaxing evening without tv going. The hot tub was a nice plus. Host was great to work with and was responsive to my questions. The house was on a quiet cul-de-sac, clean, had a nice patio area with a hot tub and a large, fenced yard that was perfect for our 2 dogs.
