This location, while in less up-to-date neighborhood, was close enough to walk to downtown and drive to Oliver. This property was scrupulously clean with a private, lovely backyard. My son and I stayed in the Cottage on Kirkwood for a few nights while attending his "Red Carpet Day" at IU. It was the perfect cottage, very cozy with all amenities available, and close to campus.
