Fantastically located holiday home on in Blokhus, perfect for families and groups who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday close to city life and the sea. The house, built in 1993, extends over a large house area of 350 square meters and is situated on a spacious plot of 700 square meters. With an ideal location only 150 meters from the water and just 50 meters from the nearest restaurant, this house is a good starting point for both relaxation and adventure.  
  
  
  
Inside you will find a bright interior designed with a focus on comfort and functionality. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are equipped with double beds, and the 6th bedroom has a trundle bed, making it ideal for children. There is room for up to 20 people, as in addition to the bedrooms there are 2 lofts with a total of 6 sleeping places.  
  
  
  
The facilities in the house include 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. For those who want to relax, there is an indoor spa that can accommodate up to 10 people, as well as a sauna, where you can enjoy warmth and relaxation after a long day. The house is also equipped with a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, ensuring a pleasant temperature all around.  
  
  
  
Outside, you will find a large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing. There is also a barbecue available so you can enjoy delicious meals under the open sky. For the children, there is a sandbox, swings and a pool with a water slide, guaranteeing hours of fun and games. The pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days, and there is also a children's playground. possibility to play pool and table tennis indoors.  
  
  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 100 litres. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available, making it easy to keep the house tidy during your stay. For entertainment, there is a television with both Danish and German TV, as well as wireless internet, so you can stay connected to the outside world if you wish.  
  
  
  
All in all, this house is an ideal destination for those who want to combine fun and relaxation in a beautiful setting. Whether you want to spend time by the water, enjoy the many amenities in the house, or explore the nearby areas, you will find everything you need for a wonderful vacation here.
