« Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return...

« Nice area, cabin a little smaller than i imagined. We had an unfortunate awakening when the CO 2 monitor went off. Apparantly street workers ser it off at midnight. Oh well not the fault of the owners. »

« Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat! »

« Great location, hot shower, comfy beds, clean beach house, sm back porch with some privacy. Futons need to tossed into the garage, extremely uncomfortable. I tolerated the neighbor working (putting up shingles) (nail gun and table saw) on his house all day long Saturday, but when he started again on early Sunday morning, I was upset. Not very neighborly. That really ruined my Sunday morning quiet coffee on the porch at the beach theme for me. Thank you Gisele »

« The host was very nice and all communications were clear and prompt. My friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing weekend exploring Narraganset and Block Island. The scenery is beautiful and everyone is very friendly. The cottage had everything we needed and was wonderful to return to after a day of exploring. »

« The cottage was absolutely perfect for myself and my elderly Doxie Rosie. We went RI to visit a friend and needed a place to stay. It was immaculate, great location, private and was well stocked w/all necessary needs. It was just the 2 of us but would also be perfect for a small family. I highly recommend it. Great cottage. »

« I needed to book a place for my family to stay when I had them over for Thanksgiving dinner. The 50s cottage was clean and adorable. Comfortable as well. We did have a hard time figuring out the door code system. (It may have been us old folks) Other than that everything was great! »

« Location was great, and the space had everything we needed! My only complaint is the cleanliness. The bedspread and floor mats were pretty dirty, you could tell they were just vacuumed and not washed between guests. The towels also smelled mildewy, they were washed but maybe not dried properly. »

« My extended family and I had a delightful week at Paul's place on Misquamicut beach. The house and grounds were super-clean and ready when we arrived, and the house was well-stocked with cooking, linen, entertainment, and beach supplies! The location is just superb -- just a few sandy steps from the waves! And the view from the back patio was mesmerizing. « I always enjoy my stay here with my dog. This is truly one of the best hosts here and one of the best properties along with their other ones. It’s a great neighborhood and area right by the beach. The house is delightful every time I stay there there is something new they are always updating and making sure it is immaculately cleaned. Comfortable and well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is super fast for my work. I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon. »
