Conveniently located just 10 meters away, hiking trails beckon you to explore the surrounding landscape. The house is situated 500 meters from the river, creating a picturesque and peaceful ambiance.

There is also a shower/WC on this floor. On the upper floor, you will find one double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a double bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), as well as another double bedroom with sloping ceilings, a sofabed (110 cm, length 200 cm), and a double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The vacation property comes equipped with a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge), hair dryer, and Internet (WiFi, free). You can also enjoy a small terrace with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and deck chairs (2). The house features electric heating and wood heating options.

The 3-room house, known as "Rustico Orsaira," offers a comfortable and rustic furnishing style. It is a partly renovated property with a total area of 128 m2, and some rooms have sloping ceilings.
