This vacation rental provides a private, natural setting with a lawn, terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue area. It features a storage room for bicycles and parking on the premises. You can enjoy amenities like a yard, internet WiFi, and parking.

The property allows you to immerse yourself in nature, located 30 meters from the edge of the forest, 9 km from the lake, and 100 meters from the river. Hiking trails like Nara, Lucomagno, Valle di Blenio, Dötra, Centro pro-natura Lucomagno, Val Malvaglia, and Valle Leventina are easily accessible.

You will be staying in the "Casa Felice", a 5-room house spanning 70 square meters across 2 levels with a south-facing position. The spacious and renovated house offers comfortable and cozy furnishings, including an open living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, radio, and a wood-burning stove. The living area leads to a terrace. Additionally, there is an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set for your convenience.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, the option to bring pets (up to 3 pets/dogs allowed), a fireplace, a private patio, satellite TV, heating (electric and wood), a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The upper floor of the "Casa Felice" features three bedrooms: one room with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a walk-through room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm), and an open room with one bed (90 cm x 200 cm). The house boasts wooden floors and parquet flooring throughout. Outside, you'll find a garden area, terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a sitting area, offering beautiful views of the mountains and countryside. Additional facilities include a hair dryer, free WiFi internet, a children's high chair, and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge). Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
