Apart from direct access to the sea, all rooms have an unobstructed 180 degree view of the Adriatic sea with Lastovo island in the distance. The villa is a wonderful example of a genius innovative architecture, spacious and airy, with high ceilings and glass walls giving the feeling of wall less living and providing breathtaking sea views from every corner of the house. It features a large open plan atrium living space stretching over two floors. In the upper level of the atrium is a lounge with a terrace while in the lower level is an open plan fully equipped Miele kitchen, dining and living room all directly leading to the fabulous 200 m2 terrasse and infinity pool. The outdoor terrace provides ample space for relaxation, sun bathing, reading, barbeques and al fresco dining. There are other spacious terraces leading to the sea. The terraced gardens with olive and lemon trees and Mediterranean plants and herbs all surrounded with pine trees provide a high degree of privacy and make you feel in harmony with the environment. Not only the architecture is impressive, but also the comfort and exclusive feeling provided by high range designer furniture like Francesco Bianfare - Edra, Michel Ducaroy -Togo, Paolo Piva - table, Draenert - table, Vibia - outdoor lighting, Lindsay Adelman- Agnes - chandalier, Sonos sound system, paintings by Spanish artist Maru. The villa is fully air conditioned and features underfloor heating for winter comfort. Villa Sansarea has 6 bedrooms with king size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms, spacious terraces or balconies and panoramic sea views.
