In a peaceful residential hamlet located in the middle of the peri-urban countryside, a stone's throw from the center of Montceaux & its amenities, a former mining basin rich in a rare industrial heritage that it has been able to enhance, converted towards fun sports, outdoor & cultural activities (offering 280 ha of parks & green spaces, true havens of rest), as well as the gentle rolling countryside around, mixing beautiful forests & bucolic bocage dotted with rivers & large lakes, including the nearby Plessis pond, a literal "green lung" adjoining a vast forest.
