For added convenience, there is a separate toilet in the hall, along with a cloakroom for extra storage. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern amenities, including an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, microwave, Nespresso machine, oven, and a washing machine. The apartment boasts two cozy bedrooms: Bedroom 1 offers a 160 x 200 cm double bed and a wardrobe, while Bedroom 2 is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a 90 x 200 cm bed, a wardrobe, and a bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Enjoy the outdoors with two terraces—one at the rear and one at the front of the apartment.
