Vivalidays Sylvia. Apartment Sylvia has a capacity for 4 people. It is located in Blanes just 20 metres from the beach. The apartment has centralised air conditioning and free WiFi service in the accommodation. It is located in an area that is very well connected, very close to all services. The apartment is distributed as follows. \- living-dining room \- fully equipped kitchen \- 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed \- balcony with side sea views \- 1 bathroom with shower. You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the International Fireworks Competition in Blanes lasting 5 nights. Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle. It is an excellent option for spending some magnificent holidays. The accommodation does NOT have a parking space. Different parking options depending on availability: \- Free public parking about 210 metres from the apartment \- Paid public parking about 550 metres away. Persons on the property: · The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property. Check-in: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 25 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted. . The key collection is carried out in our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Carrer de les Antilles 13 17310 Lloret de Mar. \- Option of direct key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48h00 in advance before the check-in day. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub die Lage ist perfekt der Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Promenade ist auch sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren leider am Ende der Saison dort weswegen der Ansturm allgemein glaube ich weniger war was jedoch auch eher zu unserem gefallen war. Die Wohnung war sauber die Aussicht etwas begrenzt was jedoch die schöne Küche und das saubere Bad.
