"The well-manicured and maintained property is back away from the road and shaded by large, beautiful oak trees (with a little treehouse the kids loved). We enjoyed watching the cattle roam through the wildflowers in the pasture next door and the semi-private, long driveway was perfect for walks, riding bikes, driving RC cars, and searching for lightning bugs (we saw a few!). The house was charming and had everything we needed. We arrived to milk in the fridge, ice in the freezer, and a basket...

"The grounds and homes were better than we hoped. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed every space. The kitchen was nice a large and the main table fit us all perfectly. We had all we could ask for in the kitchen and were never wanting for more of anything. We had plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets, pillows, cleaning supplies and even some special extras we did not expect. The game room was a special hit with all ages and the AC units blew cold! "It is a beautiful cottage, in a traditional little Texas town. Plenty to do and places to relax and have a fine meal. I wasn't there for a get away, rather a place to stay and study while attending a nearby training. The cottage was very comfortable and a perfect place to quietly study and relax. One suggestion, there are several remotes in the cabin, have extra batteries available. The TV batteries were going out which was a bit frustrating the first night. Fortunately there were batteries for...
