The steep, gravel driveway requires at least front-wheel drive to traverse. During winter months, all-wheel drive/four-wheel drive is suggested otherwise guests may get stuck. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Even the deer stroll through this peaceful area. Inside was rustic with modern accents, and furnished smartly for the space in this cottage. We enjoyed ourselves and were surprised how relaxed we could be tucked away, yet able to easily access Blairsville or Blue Ridge. We will be back! ##### Jennifer M. It was extremely clean as we walked in. Gas fireplace has the pilot light already lit so it was easy to start for the cool evenings. Firewood was already cut for the fire pit. There were even K-cups and bottled water there when we arrived. The covered front porch was great since it was a Misty weekend. Plenty of towels. The gas grill was almost brand new and worked perfectly! Plenty of pots and pans and long tongs for the gas grill. And the location was quiet. Even the directions were spot on saying the last little bit was a gravel road. My only negative is that I couldn’t figure out how to lock the front door from the outside.
