It did need a little more cleaning..in corners etc. There were cobwebs in many places. Also, the spiders will try to take over the home. It is in the woods however, if someone knocked them down regularly it would help. There were doors and stairs that were guarded by the very large spiders so no one could use until someone brave could get them. The refrigerator and freezer smelled like fish as did the ice. We turned on The regulator on the fire pit and found it was broken and is next to the grill. If grill had been on it would have exploded. The balconey is rotted in many places unsafe to walk on. The railing is also rotted in many places so dont lean on it. The hottub was filthy and has a crack in it which leaked out all the water so its unusable. Tons of spiders and spider webs in the house.
