While the golfing mecca is the area's top attraction boasting five stunning 18-hole courses, many other nearby activities can highlight your trip with the family. Also important to note - the home is situated across the coveted Mill Pond which makes it an ideal spot for watching fireworks on the 4th of July. We welcome you to make memories of a lifetime engulfed by the nostalgia of the past! A few points to consider before booking: \*COOLING: These townhomes were not built with A/C. That said, during the hotter months, we have a portable A/C unit available for your use \*HEATING: We have baseboard heating and a fireplace for your use. \*For the colder months (typically November-March), we ask that you check the local weather for possible road closures and forecasted snow. Unfortunately, all the heaters were base board heaters, which meant it was PERFECT height for my sons to touch the hot heater! One of their fingers also were cut from the heater. This is an excellent home. Great hosts. Great communication. Cute place with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend it to someone else. The location is perfect for exploring the area. We played two different golf courses and found a wonderful restaurant (Cuccia's), a marvelous Falls, and the little village of Graeagle. The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend if you want to visit this area. ##### Roberta B.
