This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is sweetly and beautifully situated to take in the peaceful and tranquil view of Madora Creek.   This home was purchased unfurnished and that means it is ALL new.  New linens, furniture, cookware, patio furniture etc.  This home has a regular coffee maker that uses grounds.    There are two flat-screen TVs located in the living room and master bedroom. The living room includes a Blu-ray player (with loads of DVDs to choose from) and a retro Atari game system.
