On the Waters Edge, Unbeatable Views! 3 BEDROOM 3 BATH, SLEEPS UP TO 8 PEOPLE Full Remodel complete with AIR CONDITIONING on the 2nd floor. Snug on the bank of the Plumas Pines pond on the golf course you will find this fantastic condo. This large condo sits on the best lot in the area. The cozy living room has a wood burning stove and 58” smart TV. Staying in is easy with the well-stocked kitchen including air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, blender and quality cookware. The deck is equipped with a 5 burner propane BBQ ready for cookouts. The primary bedroom has a Cal-King. Two more bedrooms - one with (2) Queens and the other with (1) Full-size and (1) Twin bed. Complete with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience. The 2nd floor is equipped with air conditioning. Very few properties in this area have air conditioning, and although the nights are always cool, the days can be hot and it can take a few hours for a house to cool down. Closing the house in am when it is cool will minimize heat in afternoon We do offer a 10% discount on service teams contracted to the area. Contact us for further details. Our "No Pets" rule is based on pet allergies. If you must bring your pet then check our Tree House listing below. We do allow pets there. If you bring a pet HERE then we must have carpets cleaned which requires an extra day between rentals---a cost of $500 is passed on to you. There are other rentals that welcome pets, sorry. The kitchen was impeccably stocked with equipment and supplies. The view of the mountains and the trees in the snow was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Very quiet (other than the geese that live on the golf course nearby). The house was very comfortable. My wife and I arrived along with our two children and their spouses for my nephew's wedding. It's super chilly up here this time of year, and we were nice and warm in this rental. The check in process was easy and the rental was squeaky clean - which always helps when you arrive later in the evening, especially in the winter. Garrett was very communicative and friendly. Selected this property for an annual fishing trip. Communication with the host (Garrett) was exceptional. Great location at the end of the street. Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the large pond/small lake. A lot of wildlife, including several otters. This unit was very clean with a very well stocked kitchen and a nice BBQ on the deck. Very comfortable beds and nice bath towels. Temps were a little high during the day. The AC kept the upstairs cool, and the ceiling fans were great downstairs. The large, empty garage was a bonus as we were able to store the kayaks and gear each night. The added bonus.... the fishing was very good on the lakes throughout Lakes Basin!
