A delightful one bedroomed cottage situated on the outskirts of the town of Blairgowrie in the picturesque Perthshire countryside.. 1 step to entrance.

Separate Toilet.. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Travel cot and highchair.. Rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. Electric vehicle charging point (chargeable, by prior arrangement). No smoking.. Peacefully situated in the grounds of Ardblair Castle, The Coach House (UK41649) is one of a pair of delightful semi-detached cottages situated in the Perthshire countryside. The Coach House is a cosy and very comfortable ground floor bolthole for a couple. It has been furnished to a high standard, with an open plan living/dining room and kitchen fully equipped with all the essential appliances and a super shower room with walk-in shower completes this lovey property.  
  
The cottage is set in peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to all of the local amenities this lively market town has to offer. Perfectly located to act as a base for a wide range of pursuits, including skiing, fishing, shooting, walking and golfing. Blairgowrie is flanked by rolling hills and is the gateway to Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski centre. Within the town is a championship golf course at Rosemount and with good variety of shops and tea rooms. The world’s tallest hedge at nearby Meiklour is worth a visit and the cities of Perth and Dundee, and with the V and A Museum nearby, there is plenty to keep everyone interested.  
  
Glamis Castle and Scone Palace are within easy reach, or for the wildlife lover, a visit to Loch of the Lowes may reward you with a glimpse of an otter or osprey. Cycling, fishing and tennis are all available nearby, as well as excellent walking in the Angus Glens. Beach 23¾ miles. Shop and pub 1 mile, restaurant 1¼ miles.
