Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up.

Good stay

Great communication & clear check in information. The apartment was in the basement with limited ceiling height & a slight smell of damp - but the it was nicely done up with good facilities.

Great birthday night stay

We stayed over for my daughters birthday and went to sandcastle swimming so perfect location and the apartment was gorgeous very clean and no problems at all very happy and would stay again

Staying here was amazing better than we had expected, very clean, jacuzzi room is lovely, great for family’s, great location m, found it easy to park 2 mins away walking, would definite stay again, only silly critical feedback is that the shower wash and shampoo was not topped up, but that could not spoil our stay, defo recommend this here

The photos were very misleading and appeared much larger than the reality. My husband almost injured himself several times, nearly tearing the skin on his scalp due to unsafe conditions. There was no jacuzzi, despite it being implied. The water temperature was inconsistent either far too hot or too cold and there was excessive noise whenever a tap was opened or a toilet was flushed. In addition to what we had already paid, we had to paid for parking, which was extremely expensive. The access conditions (security deposit, ID check, etc.) were only sent after the booking was confirmed, which is unacceptable. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m., but we were only able to check in at 8:00 p.m. Overall, the experience did not match the description or the price paid and was very disappointing.

I loved the decor, the quality was decent and thought had went into it, the apartment was kitted out with flat screen tvs, colour changing mood lighting and all the kitchen utensils and epuipment you could want for a short stay, the bed was super comfy and the place is a 2 minute walk to the pleasure beach/Sancastle/South Pier. I did have a couple of small issues but those are something I may or may not bring up with the mangement and are certainly not anything that would deter me from staying here again. All in all I had a very pleasent stay, a little on the pricey side, but perfect if your looking to treat youslef and get a bit of chill time.

Modern and unique apartment

This is a beautiful modern apartment with a perfect location to the Pleasure Beach. Parking isn’t the cheapest however it’s directly at the bottom of the road so it was nice not to have to walk a mile to the car. The hot tub was a lovely addition. Lovely and warm on a cold day. It was a one bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge which was quite cosy for the four of us so it’s a good job we all got on. The communication with the owners was amazing and to not worry about having a door key incase it got lost was a massive bonus. We will definitely be going back to this apartment again.
