Great little guest house in Blackpool. Stayed in some shoddy ones and some great ones and this is one of the great ones. Super friendly staff, great location and convenient.

On arrival we were given the choice of 2 rooms. The room we stayed in was spotless. Breakfast was very good. Glenn gave us some good tips on where to eat and about the tram service. The only negatives were that the heating is timed to come on, (during our recent stay it was 6pm). Luckily the weather was very mild so this wasn't a problem but could be if the weather turns colder. Also, not sure if dogs are allowed in the rooms but our room definitely had a slight "doggy" smell. Finally, the shower tray was quite slippery - a handrail in the shower area would be helpful.

The best

This place has got to be the best in Blackpool , massive comfortable rooms with a fridge , tea and coffee making facilities topped up when you need . Lovely cosy bar with great hosts and very reasonable prices . Breakfast was lovely ,full English red hot and lots of toast ,cereal and juice if you want it ,good selection. Service was pleasant and fast , Would recommend this place for an adult only stay it’s fab

A gem of a place

Greeted with coffee on arrival, friendly owners couldn’t do enough for us, excellent breakfasts, nice relaxed atmosphere, free pool table, massive rooms with separate seating area, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Overall an exceptional stay close to the pleasure beach with free parking and very reasonable prices

More than happy with number 25. Massive comfortable room complete with two seater sofa, table and chairs and even a small fridge. Good quality hot English breakfast freshly prepared. Hosts are brilliant nothing to much trouble. Car parking on site. Could not fault the place and I highly recommend it.

Excellent B & B

From the moment you enter Number 25 you feel at home, coffee and a chat while you check in. The rooms are immaculate and very spacious everything has been thought off. Breakfast is amazing. This is the only place to stay in Blackpool.

Outstanding Stay

Last minute booking leading to only the budget room available but very surprisingly it was still bigger than alot in Blackpool and immaculate. Having stayed previously because its an outstanding pleasure we was treated very well lovely breakfast games facilities and nice small bar property also has free on site parking and outside sitting area 100% recommended.

Great place to stay

Fantastic B&B, Glenn did everything he could to make our trip to Blackpool a good one, he was even able to accommodate request for breakfast a little bit later so we could go to parkrun. We stayed in king size room and it was a lovely big room, nice a warm after an evening out seeing the illuminations. Even had a sea view! Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Exceptional guesthouse!

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Blackpool. The guesthouse was immaculate, the beds were super comfy and it was so quiet! The breakfast was a real treat too. In terms of value for money it is exceptional. Mark and Glenn were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We didn't want to leave! It's a fab location too as the tower and pleasure beach are both in walking distance. We would highly recommend this accommodation and if we ever go back to Blackpool we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

Lovely comfortable stay.

My was stay was exceptionally good, I felt right at home and was given a nice quiet room at the back of the guest house. On one of the days I was up and leaving for work before they served breakfast so I was expecting to grab something on the go, however it was no trouble and I was given a cooked breakfast before work extra early which was incredibly kind. Thank you it really made the difference and set me up for the day. I will definitely be booking for any future trips to sunny Blackpool. 😁

Great stay

Fantastic stay for a Guesthouse. Can’t fault anything really! Bed was really comfy. Powerful shower, room was really big. Perfect area to stay, off the Main Street so nice and quiet. Breakfast was good too. Highly recommend!

Excellent Stay

This lovely guesthouse is run by two guys who are very professional, text you on day of arrival, meet you on arrival to show you where to park. Once checked in they give you information about the area, the best places to eat & drink etc. The rooms are very large clean & tidy and up to date. The bar is open till midnight selling very reasonably priced drinks with a good variety on offer. Had an excellent stay here & can well recommend

Can't fault it

Glenn and Mark made great hosts. Very flexible with our late arrival, and allowing us to leave our car in the allocated space after check-out. The place itself is very welcoming, nice communal areas (though we sadly made little use of these due to being out all day at all the local attractions!), and our room (no. 5, top floor) was surprisingly spacious, clean, good shower, king bed. Excellent location too, more or less equidistant from the Pleasure Beach (to the south) and the Tower area (to the north). Just a short stay, but would certainly stay again on another trip to Blackpool. Recommended.

The best place to stay

What a lovely find. A very warm welcome from Glenn and Mark they really couldn't do enough for us. Our room was amazing and very comfortable, breakfast was outstanding. Wouldn't stay anywhere else now when visiting Blackpool.
