Our beautifully renovated property is right on the Seafront situated between central and south pier with the famous Blackpool trams on the doorstep. We are a 10 minutes walk to The Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, and the famous Golden Mile and the incredible Blackpool Tower. Fast food outlets, including McDonalds, Pizza hut, the UK's biggest Weatherspoon's, Yates's, Beach House or the incredible Notarianni's Ice cream Parlour, also in easy walking distance.  
  
Walk into your beautiful 1 Bedroom Studio Apartment in a spacious living room, well-equipped superb kitchen and luxury bedroom with deluxe double bed.  
Finished to a very high standard, this suite is popular with business and families alike.  
Fully equipped for all your needs for a short or long term stay.  
The living room has a sofa bed, with a 43 inch smart TV.  
The bedroom is also equipped with large flat screen smart TV's.  
Kennedy House is part of the Blackpool Service Apartments group, who are passionate about providing a friendly, professional service with quality accommodation. Benefit from our 24/7 helpline, email and text service.  
  
We have a lift to all floors and private car parking at the front.

To the south we have the pleasure beach and the sandcastle and to the north the Tower and the famous golden mile.  
There are lots of great restaurants and Wetherspoon's largest pub is very close. There are many famous takeaway brands literally round the corner.  
  
Blackpool South train station is only a 400m walk from the building.  
Outside the apartments is a tram and bus stop for the local public transport.  
  
We have Wi-Fi and Smart TV’s in all the rooms. Tea, Coffee and Sugar is available in all apartments on arrival. We provide all bed linens for you so please let us know if you are missing anything.
