It's a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the interstate, parks, trails, and our vibrant downtown with cafés, shops, and great restaurants. Enjoy privacy and breathtaking views from the enormous windows or the cozy daybed on the porch! Deer, beaver, eagles, and more make frequent cameos as the seasons paint shifting riverscapes and astonishing sunsets. Exquisite Wisconsin design and craftsmanship is on display in cedar trim, cherry cabinets, oak floors and tons of high-end accoutrements like granite countertops, heated floors, fireplace, a heavenly bed, and more. A wall of windows offers ever changing views of the Black River. This cabin was the perfect center of the trip both in location and feel. Very comfortable, warm, inviting, and relaxing. View over the river against the sun rise was great to enjoy with the morning coffee and a book. I cannot stress enough how quality everything feels. Kitchen was great and having the gas grill was appreciated. Most importantly, everything you would want is here in a package that is just right. The host were great and very helpful. Awesome view to admire while drinking your morning coffee or having an evening beverage. Hosts were very responsive and professional. Perfect little cabin to crash after a day of riding the trails. We were able to hop on the trails a short distance from the cabin. Driveway is narrow and low (if the solar panels are in a certain position) especially if you have a big truck or trailer. The air conditioning was a bit tricky to figure out (not controlled by the thermostat on the wall), but luckily it was cool by the first evening there. Overall, a great little place.
