These things may literally not matter to you at all, but they may have influenced my decision to stay here if I’d known them… 1)The queen bed had the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on. "We enjoyed our stay at the High Life so much! The house was so spacious and enjoyed the views from the decks at all times of the day and evening! The layout of the home provided both privacy and quiet but also a large main floor for everyone to be together. Several reviews mentioned the parking. It was a little tight but we were able to get three cars there with a little maneuvering. We found it best to back in. "

"My family had a great time staying at Black Mountain Hideaway. It was only my wife, son, dog and I but there was plenty of room in the house for large or extended family/friends to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the house was nicely stocked. My dog loved roaming around outside the house and running in the fenced in back yard. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the driveway to the house is very steep and I could see it being an issue if the weather gets bad. Other...

"Creekside Cottage was a lovely spot just outside Black Mountain. House is furnished with everything one needs and spotless. Comfortable beds, complete kitchen, and wonderful screened in porch. There were only 3 of us but this house can very comfortably accommodate a group. Lots of space inside and out. Hope to enjoy again in the future. Host quickly responds texts!"
