We love animals, but NO PETS in this home, please. About the Home • Well-equipped kitchen with gas range stove, dishwasher, coffee station with French Press and drip-style coffee maker, and wet bar with bar sink and wine refrigerator. • Island seating for 6 and dining area with seating for 6\. • Spacious living room with gas log fireplace, 55" SmartTV (cable and YouTube TV available), puzzle/game table, and sunroom with reading chairs and a selection of books. • Front porch for morning coffee and relaxing with mountain views. • Covered side porch with lounge area and gas grill. • Lower-level spa room with a heated massage chair, yoga essentials, and patio access. • Fully enclosed and private courtyard with covered lounge area, outdoor dining for 6, and custom wood-burning, stone fireplace with pergola and Adirondack seating. • Sunken stone surround hot tub for 7 with customized jets for the ultimate therapeutic massage experience. Ozone filtration system for a clean tub with lower chemical exposure for the health-conscious. • A turf Bocce ball court serves as a dual-purpose space, with putting green and corn hole boards also available. • Downtown Black Mountain is easily accessible from the back patio gate with a keypad entry to make exploring a breeze. • Two bikes are located on racks in the laundry room and are available for guest use. • All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains/blinds to block out unwanted light and ensure a great night's sleep. • No pets allowed, please.
