Surrounded by the Blueridge Mountains with panoramic views! Home includes Hot tub, firepit, pool table, shuffleboard table, bar, and even an outdoor putting range that overlooks the incredible mountain view. Perfect home to escape from the day-to-day hustle and relax with friends and family. Gated entrance on top of the mountain with both sunrise and sunset views with the privacy of 5 plus acres. Home is located in Black Mountain, please note that this home is up in the mountains, please be cautious with driving the mountain roads. The last almost 1/2 mile to home is gravel the rest of the way there is completely paved. Downtown Black Mountain, Asheville, and Hendersonville are all about 40 mins away. Jack Nicklaus designed putting green with infinity views of the mountains. Seasonal weather conditions are expected and do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Guests are responsible for monitoring forecasts, road conditions, and securing travel insurance. Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. This home takes a while to clean because of size, so if we have a same day check in or out, we will not be able to accommodate early check in or check out. If we do not have same day we are happy to accommodate late or early check in/check out with advance notice. If you know you need a later check out please reach out before booking. We’re lucky to have fresh, natural well water—but it’s a shared resource that needs care. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risks if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury. The home is located on the side of a mountain, please supervise children when outside to prevent accidents. Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. With 4 Couples and 3 singles this place was very accommodating, and we really enjoyed all the amenities. This would be a wonderful place to come back and visit during the Spring or the Fall so you could enjoy the outdoor area more. We loved the putting green, shot some pool, and enjoyed the shuffleboard. I don't believe any of us braved the cold to jump in the hot tub, but that was one of the selling points. Most of our time was spent in the kitchen, dining, and living room. Cooking, playing board games, video games, and watching movies. This house has some amazing views, which only adds to the wonderful experience. At any given time you could catch one of our group just standing looking out of the windows...lol. If we have the same number of people again next year, we may just try and come back. We wanted to support the local community after Helene, and loved visiting Chimney Rock on our way out. ##### Emory S. The photos in this listing don't do the view justice ... there is row upon row of mountains in every direction. Absolutely Stunning. The house is almost as incredible as the view. The owners did an amazing job with the flow and decor, and offered every amenity you can think of. We enjoyed the hot tub, the putting green, the fire pit, the pool table, the shuffle board and the outdoor seating. The only thing we did not use was the indoor fireplace, as we chose to enjoy the beautiful summer temps in the mountains with the outdoor fire pit instead. The main level was where we spend most of our time, as it was so calming and relaxing to share this view with family. The kitchen is designed to be separate but also part of the dining area - sounds strange I know but the flow of the kitchen and dining was nice. You can move furniture around a little (we did so all 6 adults could face and chat with each other). We made sure to put everything back like we found it. All the beds and bedding were SO comfortable. Easy thermostat/modern fans made managing temps easy. The owners, specifically Manny, were great to work with and an excellent communicator. We had questions about the area that he promptly answered and is an excellent host. I want to write more but have limited room left. It is a drive through and up mountain roads.
