The apartment block is conveniently located just 20 meters from the lake, providing easy access to the waterfront.

Immerse yourself in the idyllic surroundings by taking advantage of the shared park and beautiful garden, perfect for relaxation. Soak up the sun by the angular heated swimming pool, available from April 1st to September 30th, complete with an internal staircase, shower/WC facilities, a children's pool, and an outdoor shower. Just an example of the amenities provided for your enjoyment.

It also includes a dining table.  
The bathroom has a shower/WC and a double hand-basin.
