The night before the booking I messaged to check that all towels and bedding were available - which I was told they were. Upon check, we found no towels or bedding for guests 9 and 10\. After messaging, we were told several different locations within the house to check for bedding and towels - none of which were correct. I was then told due to the time (4pm) no one could come out until the next day. So night 1 with no bedding or towels. The next day I was then told another location to check for bedding/towels and again no luck! No one came out to the property as promised either. So spent 2 nights and 3 days without bedding or towels for 2 guests!The water pressure in the property is also very bad. None of us could have proper showers and when you flushed the toilet the water in taps stopped running. Nice house but overall poor stay due to reasons mentioned above.
