She helped answer all the questions we had, arranged for a taxi and spoke English which is quite rare in Bishkek. The room was clean and comfortable. Equally the washroom was very clean with amenities and hot shower. Bed was nice and comfortable. The hotel was out of hot water for the 48 hours. They said it’s a national problem. I gave my cloths for landury they have charged me 2600 for a few cloths which was not mentioned on thier description that laundry is out of pocket fee. One highlight point was the staff at the front desk and doormats was quite helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was lavish and delicious, the dinner was tasty and well done, and staff were helpful, kind, and accommodating. Desk staff were quite helpful, too. The amenities were fine, as well. Bathrooms were clean, kept up, and quite large. My only problem was with the room itself, which was rather small and in seeming need of renovation: rugs and bedspread seemed outdated.
