You will find the "Haus Sigfried" to be a spacious and bright 5-room house spanning 150 square meters across two levels. The house has been partly renovated in 2022 and features cozy and wooden furnishings. On the entrance level, there is a double bedroom with a hand basin, a living room with a dining nook, satellite TV, a flat screen, and a tiled stove leading out to the garden and terrace. The large kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and a separate WC. The upper floor contains one double bedroom with a hand basin, another double bedroom with a hand basin, and a room with one bed and one double bed, both with exits to the balcony, as well as a shower and WC. The house features underfloor heating and parquet floors throughout.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. You can enjoy the large terrace spanning 25 square meters and a spacious garden of 100 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, balcony furniture, a portable barbecue, and three deck chairs. The house boasts a beautiful view of the countryside. Additionally, you will have access to a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
