With a dedicated bar area, outdoor terrace featuring a sofa region and a private hot tub, 65” tv, an arcade games machine with 10,000 free games available and a fully equipped kitchen. All exclusively available for the guests renting this unique Penthouse. The area is a safe haven for a pleasurable and relaxing vacation offering both a refreshing atmosphere and a gentle pace of life in which you can calm your senses and regenerate yourself. What surrounds you is a unique blend of World heritage temples dating back to the prehistoric era, the picturesque fishing village of Marsaxlokk, astounding cities constructed by the Knights of St.John, the beaches, the countryside and a host of other spectacular locations which constitute this unparalleled amalgam of artistic and historical value. The property is located 10 minutes away from the airport by car. Renting a car at the airport is easy and will allow you to travel efficiently around the island given it is just 27km in length and 14.5km wide. Restaurants by the sea are just 2 minutes away on foot and others are 5 minutes away by car close to the tourist open market in Marsaxlokk or in the vicinity of sandy beach Pretty Bay. A convenience shop is located next door, open all week, and another 13 minutes away on foot open daily from 6:00 to 21:00. Supermarkets are just 5 minutes away by car whilst a pharmacy is within walking distance on the way to the beach. 5 minutes away on foot are the prehistoric Ghar Dalam Cave and the Borg in-Nadur prehistoric remains. St. Peter's Pool is a 5-minute car drive away. A bus stop is located right in front of the premises. Within 11 minutes you will be able to reach the only underground prehistoric temple in the World, the Hypogeum. A 20-minute bus ride takes you to Valletta from where other destinations around the island can be reached, including Mdina, Hagar Qim temples and the Blue Grotto caverns. Bus schedules are very convenient, but the service is halted at night. 24/7 taxi service available via Apps. Thanks to benevolent all-year round weather there is always something going on in Malta: wine festivals, traditional Maltese village feasts, art exhibitions, car shows and a multifaceted plethora of events. Tout nous a été expliqué très clairement. Prise de nouvelles tous les jours jusqu’à nous réserver les activités et même nous proposer de nous emmener en courses le lendemain de notre arrivée. Je n’ai jamais vu un tel accueil dans une location de logement. Et pour ce qui est du penthouse, totalement conforme aux photos et d’un très grand confort.
