We reserve the right to terminate your stay if there is any violation of these rules. At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise monitoring sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite and surveillance cameras at the front door outside of the unit for security. While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor. We have noise monitors installed in our unit (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee. For units that permit pets: Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. The area felt safe and had amazing food and drinks in walking distance. We watching the firework show at Vulcan Park from our balcony and it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the A/C def worked great. A few things that would really make this place great: black out certain, bc unfortunately the sun brightens the room at 5:45AM so we did not get to sleep in. Also, having true cookware in the condo would be nice, we had to buy some for us to cook some dinner one night. They just don’t have everything you need to easily make dinner. (No oven mitts, we had to use the towels from the bathroom). This rental was much better than expected and then unbelievable for the price. The location was perfect. The host was fabulous! Great communication, instructions, and detailed about check in. They check on us during the stay to see if there was anything we needed. I have a long history with VRBO and this was one of the best!
