Please note there is a noise monitor installed within the premises to ensure noise levels are kept within respectful limits, If the noise exceeds these limits we will be notified. BREAKAGES We understand accidents happen! If you do break anything please let us know immediately, If it’s something minor we most likely won’t charge, however if it’s a Larger issue we will agree on a cost with you before the end of your stay. Please note in some cases this could be the full security deposit SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited in this property, please be aware there is a smoke detection monitor in place, this will alert us if any smoking has taken place. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a full deduction of the deposit.
