The sofa bed can accommodate one additional guest, perfect for families or small groups. The kitchen includes modern appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is also a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and ample storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including stunning floor-to-ceiling tiles, a heated towel rack, fresh towels, and toiletries for your convenience. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, high-speed internet, and underfloor heating for added comfort. Paid on-site parking is also available. On the ground floor is a fully equipped communal gym that you will have free access to throughout your stay. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Identification will be required prior to entry, and it must match the name of the person who booked the flat. Any parties or noise complaints will result in immediate cancellation of the booking.
