la qualité du service et la propreté de l'hôtel ne sont tout simplement pas à la hauteur d'un Novotel. sous prétexte de COVID la chambre n'est pas nettoyée et meme sur demande le ménage est plus que succinct et pas quotidien. le restaurant est sale, les tables poisseuses ...et le sol du restaurant colle au chaussures. rapport qualité prix, c'est inadmissible pour un 4* (plus de 220£ la nuit quand meme) J e ne recommanderai certainement pas cet hotel et n'y retournerai pas.

Très belle chambre, j’ai trouvé la température un peu froide et ceci malgré la climatisation, mais pour le reste tout était parfait, j’ai dîné et pris les petit déjeuner, et tout est de très bonne qualité.

Déçu.
L'hôtel est très bien placé à 100m des guichets de l'aéroport. Propre et silencieux. Cependant j'ai été déçu des prestations, de niveau de qualité et finition des chambres. C'est très loin du niveau escompté pour un Novotel. Dommage mais c'est que du transité.

Just avoid at all cost. The only upside is that is close to the airport. The place was just terribly busy and the staff not enough to assist the long queues of clients waiting to be served. They advertise £15 parking which is a myth, I paid £30 to park for 9 hours. The reception had not explained that you need to give registration car number, so I was stopped in the gates and asked to pay £ 25 even before getting to the parking area. Just a nightmare. The second bed was not made on arrival, being very tired at 10 pm we waited 1 hour for the bed to be made before we go to sleep. Finally and disgustingly there was urine residues on the toilet seat. For a price of £ 340 per night just not fit for purpose, never returning there.

At the time of booking it said pets were welcomed and car park was available. We arrived to be told that we could not use the parking at the hotel and that we would have to use the airport car park with a discount that meant we had to pay £30 for a day. For our dog they said we needed to pay £28. A lot of hotels don’t charge but those that do, it’s like £6 to £10. When you are going to charge that much it should be stated at the time of booking. There was nothing to indicate how much would the car park or the pet. The gentleman at reception wasn’t nice about it there. Rather unfriendly. The hotel was nice enough but we won’t be using it again as feel tricked.

Awful service both from Novotel and Hotels.com. I made a late night decision to stay at the airport hotel to avoid a 3am departure from home the next day. I booked and prepaid at 7pm and arrived at the hotel around 9.30pm (wanting to go to bed for a very early flight. I arrived to find that Novotel hadn't processed my booking and I waited 40 minutes. I wasn't even offered a drink while I waited and paid £8.50 for a small glass of wine: a reasonable hotel would have offered that for free for the confusion. Eventually the hotel gave me access to a room saying they would sort payment out afterwards. But Hotels.com on the phone were telling me that should not go to the room, and that I needed to start again and should be put through to their "relocations department". Awful all round.

Someone walked into my room!!!! Do not stay!
I stayed at this hotel as a solo female traveler. I had a hectic week and when I finally arrived at hotel I was exhausted. I went to bar for a quick bite and was harnessed by bartender (took him 5 tries to finally hand me menu, yet he was just joking…this role happened throughout each ordering process). Had a very early flight and went to bed at 7:30pm, extremely tired from travel and that event with bartender. I must have forgot to lock chain to door . I was awoken at some point to someone walking into my room. My guess is they double booked my room. I was paralyzed in fear and suffering from pure exhaustion. Thankfully the person left. It took me 10 minutes to be able to get up and lock the chain. Needless to say I didn’t sleep properly the remaining time in hotel. When I approached the front desk when I checked out I was greeted with oh well, and intense questioning. I would never stay at This hotel again, regardless of the close proximity to airport. Easy pass. So many other nice hotels that value guests time and safety over this one.

The hotel facilities were very good except we had a bad experience in the restaurant in the evening. We waited for approximately an hour for our food and it wasn’t until a waiter realised we didn’t have food that they had to reorder based on losing the order. Then when we waited to lay there was nobody available to accept our payment. They seemed to go to everyone else and ignore us. Shame because we have previously used this hotel and restaurant with no problems.
