📌**NOTE**

Please be aware that the building and shared areas might look somewhat worn or require cleaning when compared to the interior of my apartment. Unfortunately, I do not have the power to oversee the maintenance of these areas since they are managed by the freeholder. However, I can assure you that we take great care of the apartment’s interior to provide a comfortable and pleasant stay for our guests.

🚭 **House Policies.**

- Strictly No Smoking (£250 charge for violations).
- No Parties + Gatherings without prior approval immediate security eviction or/and £250
charge).

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please note we charge a refundable £150 deposit.
It is essential to adhere to the rules and regulations during your stay, failure to do so will result in a full reduction of your security deposit.

LOST KEYS
Replacement for lost/ non-returned keys is £75.
£50 for Keys left inside the apartment.

BREAKAGES
We respectfully ask all guests to handle the property and its amenities with care and consideration. Any damages to the property or its belongings, including but not limited to furniture, appliances, and electronic devices, may lead to charges on the guest's account. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave this could be the full security deposit depending on the item. Thank you!

PETS
We chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic.

THEFT
Theft of any items will result in a full reduction of the security deposit.
