Selly Oak is a leafy suburb of Birmingham with shops and supermarkets, however conveniently close to Birmingham City Centre (15 minutes by car) There is also a local train station which is easily reachable. + The property comes fully furnished with a 1 bed setting, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The design is modern, spacious and will provide you with the comfort you seek when being away from home. Additionally, we provide complimentary Netflix and WiFi, and the living room comes equipped with a 50” Smart TV for your convenience. With Haus, you will have access to your own fully equipped kitchen within the property, where you can enjoy home-cooked meals. We provide full access to the apartment and facilities via self-check-in. The property also comes with private parking. We provide full access to the apartment and facilities via self-check-in. Prior to your arrival: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e passport, driver's licence, pay a refundable damage deposit fee of £100 & sign the Terms & Conditions. During your stay: 1\. There cannot be any more than the confirmed guests in or on our property at any one point, this will be a violation of our occupancy limit and violation of this will lead to the immediate removal of all guests without any refund. 2\.
