The flat offers five proper beds, comfortable shared living spaces and free secuted, gated on-site parking — a rare benefit in this central location. Located in the Digbeth One development (B12), the apartment is secure, quiet and within easy walking distance of Birmingham city centre. The Bullring, Grand Central and Digbeth Coach Station are around 10–15 minutes on foot, with the Custard Factory and local bars even closer. The apartment is designed for groups to stay comfortably together. There is a generous living area to relax in, a dining space for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Sleeping arrangements include high-quality memory foam mattresses across all beds: • Bedroom 1: 1 Super King bed + 1 Single bed • Bedroom 2: 2 Double beds + 1 Single bed The property is set up for 6 guests, with flexibility to accommodate up to 8 guests on request. This is a residential property and guests are expected to respect neighbours at all times. No parties, events or smoking are allowed in the apartment. The property is monitored by Minut noise monitoring technology to ensure a quiet environment. Only the number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Significant breaches of house rules may result in termination of the booking and additional charges. Pets are only permitted with prior notification and approval. Any animal must be declared in advance so that the building management can be notified, which is a requirement for this residential property.
