When we arrived we expected 2 twin beds, however we had a twin and pull-out sofa….no issues, just unexpected. Within minutes we discovered that the tv did not work and they immediately changed us to another room. The bed configuration was the same, but the decor was much fresher. Both rooms were very quiet. Room was basic, but reasonably had everything we needed. Room was up in the antic, it was very hot with limited ventilation. The radiators were also on which didn't help. Tried to request early check in via different means. Called the hotel no less than 7 times before arriving, could never get through to anyone. Messaged, emailed too.
