The master bedroom boasts a private balcony, the perfect spot for a quiet evening under the stars. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and stylish escape. Luxury linens and comforters with high thread count duvets that are changed between every guest. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use sensors in our building to detect the noise level and the number of guest inside the unit. The number of people inside the loft may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. We hope to keep a very accommodating experience for all our guests, but if removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. They must always be on a leash outside your unit, throw waste into the trash bin outside and not inside your unit (tie it up in a bag), must be potty trained, no loud barking, flea or tick free, must stay in kennel when you leave the unit, and not allowed on the couch or guest bed. Visited with my family and friends in my hometown for an overnight visit on my way out west. Beautiful house and perfect for a gathering . I had no problems. WiFi password is all lowercase despite what is in listed in the app.Couches are couches, not futons from what I could tell.
