Welcome to Mara Retreat (Unit A), a cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath bungalow that blends comfort, functionality, and laid-back charm. Inside, you’ll find an open living area, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms—including a bunk room ideal for families or groups. One bedroom features a dedicated workstation with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or planning your day. The thoughtfully designed bathroom, in-unit laundry, and ample storage make everyday living easy and comfortable.

The living room features a comfortable sectional sofa and a leather recliner, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Guests can also enjoy the game room stocked with board games for all ages.

Step outside to enjoy multiple outdoor spaces. The front porch features an air hockey table with a couple of seats for casual hangouts. The gated backyard is perfect for unwinding with two patio tables with seating for 10 people, a fire pit surrounded by four chairs and a large ping pong table. Guests may choose to park securely in the backyard or in front of the house.

ATTENTION: This duplex has a private side patio with a fire pit area, seating area, grill, jacuzzi with a screen projector to stream your favorite movie, show and/or sport game while relaxing in the jacuzzi. While unit A has access to the entire backyard (with fire pit, ping pong table, grill and seating area) UNIT A DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE PRIVATE SIDE PATIO.
