### Beautiful flat with free parking

Fully refurbished 1 bedroom apartment ideal for both short-term and extended stays in Birmingham. Within a short distance of two parks, Moseley Village, Highbury Hall, Edgbaston Cricket Ground, The Uni of Birmingham ,Q E Hospital and City Centre with a bustop right outside the flat. On-site parking is free. Between each reservation, we perform a thorough cleaning that includes sanitising the kitchen appliances, doorknobs, taps, and handles.

Welcome to our modern apartment, a perfect home away from home, situated in the heart of the Moseley. The apartment offers a comfortable and stylish open plan lounge, which comprises of a 5-person sofa bed (double) and a dining table for 4, making it an ideal space to relax and entertain guests. The lounge is the perfect spot to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones, whether it's binge-watching your favourite shows or having a meal together.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and basic essentials. We have provided some snacks to keep you energised and refreshed during your stay. Whether you are in the mood to whip up a quick breakfast or cook a fancy dinner, you will find all the necessary utensils and appliances in the kitchen.  
  
The bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort and relaxation. It features an award-winning memory foam mattress that sleeps 2, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bedroom also includes a wardrobe and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for business travellers who need to catch up on some work.  
  
The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink with under storage, and a toilet. We have provided towels and toiletries to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
