An ideal home away from home to explore Birmingham and all that it has to offer. This is a luxury short-term accommodation for Families, tourists, working contractors, and holidaymakers. Our amenities include: 50 inch HD smart TV Free Netflix access Guest Access: Guests can access the entire flat, free superfast WiFi, and Netflix on our full smart HD TVs. If guests are found to have had a party, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of £100 and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund. \-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! £200 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the unit. \-No loud disturbances, and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the unit without a refund. \-No additional guests on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest/s are allowed in the unit. No visitors of any kind. Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Please note, that after the booking, you must complete the pre-check-in form in order to receive all check-in instructions, and an ID/Passport is required for all adult guests.
