EVERY uber we ordered came to the location adjacent to the 3rd street "entrance" which we could not access. once we finally got into the building--a resident above the hamburger place helped us walk the entire grounds to eventually see the ramp and entrances for 1st floor access--we then found out that we had to download two apps so that we could get door codes. we spent 90 minutes sorting out HOW to get to the entrance and then organizing the apps to get the locks arranged. once that was figured out, access for us was simple. uber drivers all said they had difficulty getting guests from this location in the past. shower had no hot water and the pressure was terrible. ##### william Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Christy Voyage en famille 6 oct. 2025 Points forts : Propreté, confort de la chambre Get in to the property was terrible they gave me like 7 code that did not work and I had to speak to four different people to just try to get in the building and had to download two different app finally got in to the property around 11:30pm and we arrived there at 5pm but once we finally got in the place was very clean the only thing that was wrong was the shower not putting out enough water pressure you had to almost be against the wall to be under the water but other then that it was a wonderful place just did not like the way I had such a hard time getting in and then I had to call four different time to speak to someone and was even late to something that was scheduled for a certain time that i still didn’t get in till 11:30pm ##### Christy Séjour de 2 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Brandi 28 sept. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté, confort de la chambre #### Very displeased This was a very bad experience. The condo itself was amazing as was the pool area. Communication and accessibility to get in the building and room were god awful. In the two days we were there, I spent over an hour on the phone with IT and couldn't reach the manager of the actual condo. The Latch app worked for 5 minutes at a time before forcing me to troubleshoot. I probably changed the password over a dozen times in the two days just to get in the building or room. I called the number provided and received a recording directing me to enter a maintenance ticket online. After that I did that, I texted the other number provided. I was told to run the water for a while to let it heat up. "That is how it is. Too many people running hot water" The water never heated up. I reported back the next morning, and again told to just let the water run. I send another text voicing my displeasure, and I received no further communication after that. This was my third stay with The Landing, but I will most likely never book with them again. Too bad too because otherwise this property would have received an excellent rating. I only chose to stay at this property due to their advertising and beautiful pool area. That was not present in the building I was placed in. The property sent a message providing me information about saying that if I needed any help, “don’t hesitate to reach out to the onsite manager…”. Check in time is at 5pm. The “onsite manager” gets off at 5pm. I made several calls and sent messages. I got no assistance. I had to call the maintenance emergency number to get help. I arrived 15 mins prior to 5pm and didn’t gain access to the building or my room until after 6:30pm. At first glance, I began to feel better. Everything one would need was present. Then I closely examined things. There were dirty knives in the butcher block, the table was uncleaned, the carpet was black nasty, and the couch and throw pillows were filthy. I understand that everyone/company wants to be high tech and advanced but having to download apps to gain entry to the building and the rooms is ridiculous!!! It would be better to have the conventional guest desk with an employee present. Suppose someone’s phone dies while they are out? There would be no way to gain access to your room! There use to be a thing called customer service. When did customer service become the customer serving themselves? The only good thing about my stay was the size of the room. My daughter had her area in the den and I had the “bedroom”. Which by the way was in in front of door!
