Gerne wieder!

Das war wieder ein herrlicher Aufenthalt. Ideal zum Erholen und Ausruhen für Alleinstehende und Paare. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht, um sich zu versorgen, inkl. Miele-Umluftherd. Großer TV, Würfelspiele, Tablet mit Internetzugang im Apartment vorhanden. Ristorante 50 Meter entfernt im Hotel. Einzig ein Minimarkt fehlt weit und breit. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in der Nebensaison ok, im Sommer wäre es mir zu teuer.

Das Appartement war schön groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren dort mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und hatten ausreichend Platz. Hochstuhl und Kinderbett waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage ist schön zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker usw. sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Gegend an sich ist noch eine große Baustelle, was aber nicht weiter stört. Das einzige was wirklich gestört hat und weswegen wir nicht mehr die Dünenresidenz wählen würden, ist die Sauberkeit im Zimmer. Die schönste Einrichtung bringt nichts, wenn es so dreckig ist. Das Badezimmer riecht unangenehm, die Toiletten waren gar nicht geputzt worden und voller unbekannter Flecken auf der Klobrille. Waschbecken, Küche, alles wirklich extrem dreckig. Die Möbel hatten viele eklige Flecken und die Regale in der Küche und in den Schränken waren einfach nur schwarz. Vermutlich sogar noch von der Bauphase denn das war nicht einfach nur Staub. Mein Sohn ist gekrabbelt und nach 5 min waren Klamotten, Hände und Gesicht übersät mit Staub, Haaren von den Vorgängern und was nicht noch so alles auf dem Boden lag. Schade.

Obwohl alles vermietet war, war es sehr ruhig. Der Blick vom Balkon war super und auch das genug Platz zum frühstücken war. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig.
