Parking was full, we were told to park on the yellow striped areas. There was a party going on all night in the rooms on our floor, loud noises and all. Did not get a good night sleep. Otherwise the hotel is nice and convenient, staff is super friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Arrived late at 1 am, the staff works, no need to look for an associate to check-in. Good spacious room, excellent hot breakfast, and most important: opennable window!!!

I really thought that the pool would have been warmer. I didnt go swimming for more than 5 minutes. With as nice as the rest of the hotel is i would have also thought that the pool area would have been just as nice. It doesnt seem to be as taken care of as the rest of the hotel.

Overall excellent for what you would expect from a Holiday Inn in Binghamton. Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was solid. Walkable to downtown restaurants.

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel is conveniently located, but our room had a strange piece of garbage on the floor (it looked like gauze of some sort?) that we did not want to touch and therefore left there. Our AC also did not work, the room was about 76° despite us trying to turn it down to 68° and it was therefore really uncomfortable.

Tried to go to the bar restaurant twice, first time the bartender was missing, The second time she was rude. Upon check in was told it was open until 10 pm. It was closed by 9 apparently. Also a rodent running around in the lobby was not great.

We stayed at the hotel because it was in walking distance of our concert venue. However, I was awakened multiple times during the night by another guest constantly trying to use their room key on my door. I ended up having to confront her in order to get her to stop. The noise from nearby rooms and other guests on my floor was equally as loud. Lastly, my room was 76 degrees, and the thermostat couldn't be adjusted, so I had to turn on the A/C to try to combat the heat. I didn't get any sleep at all during my stay and ended up checking out earlier than planned just to get home so I could rest.

The safety and quietness was DEFINETLY not there. I did not sleep at all due to a domestic violence issue in the room next door which the police DEFINATELY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CALLED ABOUT!!!!!!!!!!!! Next time I will just take that upon myself to do that instead of going to staff of this property.

The security did go up the room and warned them about the disturbance to the other guests. He did spend 15 minutes on the floor to monitor the same to assess if police had to be called.

The room was 80°F when I checked in, with the aircon in the on position and the fan running, had to turn it off and crack the window for the room to be a livable temperature. Was told that the hotel does not have a dual system so only the heat or air in the entire place could be on. Every inch of the hotel was boiling. If you need ADA compliance in any form, inform the hotel because the room I was given was listed as ADA compliant (I don't need ADA so it was fine for me personally) but there were many things that were inaccessible. Furniture in the way of the entry and blocking the pathway around the entire bed, light fixtures inaccessible from the bed, handsoap mounted to the wall at the back of the sink.
