Very comfortably furnished with lazy chair and sofa with love seat, 1103 has 2 TV's if you choose to watch.Most guests prefer the gorgeous view, especially the view of our colorful sunsets: will the sky be pastel this evening or feature its tempest side of fiery reds and yellows? Bring your own toiletries, including toilet paper. I’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t have toilet paper. Parking garage is only for small compact vehicles not large SUVs or trucks. The condo was nice enough but the beds were horrible. You could feel the springs. Way over priced for what you get. The condo was very nice and perfect for 2 people. The view was beautiful we had 2 balconies but was missing a handle on the sliding door on one and the blind on the other in the bedroom was broke. We called the managers about these items right away but never heard anything back about repairs. There were really limited directions for the TV and on what needed to be done while we were there and what directions there were, were on the side of the frig. ( we didn't find them for a couple of days) it also would have been nice to have some staples. Salt, pepper, enough coffee to last the week, extra toilet paper, etc. We had to go out and buy our own and then leave the rest there when we left. In all it was a great stay.
