« A mon arrivée, j'ai eu la désagréable sensation d'apprendre que ma réservation avait été faite, par moi-même, la veille ! Mais pas de soucis, la responsable m'a indiqué tout de suite qu'il n'y avait aucun problème malgré mon règlement sur un site avec "sans annulation" grand ouf de soulagement.
