​​​​​​​Gunner River Lodge is a true Montana experience, located on Flathead River with access to flathead lake by boat. This large home is much more than a place to sleep. Gunner River Lodge has countless unique amenities, wonderful Flathead river views, access, as well as a hot tub, media room, multiple gathering spaces, fire pit, and dock.

With a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a bar, and a living room including a media room with theater seating, this home is well equipped to host up to 12 guests. On the main floor, you will find a living room great room and bar, the media room, and Bedroom #1 with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. In the media room, you will find a fold out couch that sleeps up to 2 persons. The main floor also has a large laundry room and mudroom with shower, perfect for a landing place after a day on the lake or hiking in Glacier Park.

Upstairs in the middle of the house are the kitchen and another living room area and dining area and access to the decks. On the north side of the home is the Primary Bedroom sleeping up to 4 with a king-size bed and full-size futon. In addition, this master bedroom has deck access, river views, a flat screen TV, as well as a large en-suite bathroom which includes a jetted tub, sauna, and large walk-in shower. On the south side of the house is the bunk room off of the living area, sleeping up to 6 persons with two twin bunk beds and a full-size futon, And then the apartment suite with full kitchen, sitting area, two bedrooms both with queen beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen and living area also have river views and deck access.

Gunner River Lodge provides great places to spend time together, and enough space to have room to relax. you will also have direct access to Flathead River with a private dock and the ability to access Flathead Lake by boat. In addition to the amenities listed up above, this home is equipped with basic supplies such as: linens, towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels and cleaning products. The kitchen comes with standard amenities, coffee maker, and utensils. Should you need more specific items, we may be able to provide them at an additional cost under our concierge services. Please do not hesitate to ask, and we will see what we can do.

The 5 bedrooms provides sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people and room for Fido.

Gunner River Lodge has direct access to Flathead River with a private dock and from the river you may access Flathead Lake with ease. With a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, a bar and living room including a media room with theater seating, this home is well equipped to host up to 14 guests. The main part of the home has three bedrooms. On on the main floor you will find Bedroom #1 which sleeps 2, complete with an en-suite bathroom. In the media room, you will find a fold out couch which sleeps up to 2 persons. 

Upstairs you will find an additional two bedrooms:  Bedroom #2 is the master bedroom, sleeping 4 with a king size bed and full size futon. In addition, this master bedroom has deck access, river views, a flat screen TV, as well as a large en-suite bathroom which includes a jetted tub, sauna and large walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom (Bedroom #3) is a bunk room sleeping up to 6 persons with two twin bunk beds and a full-size futon.  Off of the upstairs family room, there is an apartment with Bedroom #4 & Bedroom #5 both with queen size beds, a bathroom, kitchen and living area, along with deck access and river views.

Guests have access to the entire property, Flathead river access and dock

Raina and Brian Pratt of Enjoy Montana are the property managers of Gunner River Lodge. A team member from Enjoy Montana is available if you need anything or in case of emergency 24 hrs a day.

**WINTER ADVISORY**- Please note that October through April we highly recommended a 4-wheel or All-wheel drive vehicle, as you never know what the weather will be like in Montana.

Please Note: Reservations booked through Airbnb are NOT charged a refundable damage deposit at the time of booking. Should there be guest damage, this will be documented and submitted to Airbnb. At that time Airbnb will verify the claim and has the ability to collect the monies to cover the damages.

All other rules or regulations are communicated through our rental contract and in the welcome book at the property.
